Refund policy

At Layna Active, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Final Sale items, Gift Cards, and Personalized/Custom Items are not eligible for returns.
  • The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@layna.com.au with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Print the label, pack the item securely, and lodge it at your nearest post office or collection point.

3. Refunds

  • We’ll notify you by email once your return is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • A flat $10 return postage fee is deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

4. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost (no $10 return fee applies).

Warranty Information

All products purchased from Layna.com.au come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.

Warranty Terms

  • Applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
  • Does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications/repairs, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
