Refund policy

At Layna Active, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Final Sale items, Gift Cards, and Personalized/Custom Items are not eligible for returns.
  • The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@layna.com.au with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Print the label, pack the item securely, and lodge it at your nearest post office or collection point.

3. Refunds

  • We’ll notify you by email once your return is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • A flat $8.90 return postage fee is deducted from all refunds.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Promotions & Bundle Offers

If an item purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer (including multi-buy deals such as 2 for $100) is partially returned, the refund will be adjusted so that the retained item(s) revert to full-price value. The refund amount will reflect this adjustment.

Member Discounts

Member or loyalty discounts do not apply to promotional or bundle offers and cannot be reinstated or refunded separately.

4. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If you need a different size:

  • Contact us at info@layna.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return postage for size exchanges is covered by the customer

Once the returned item is received (or confirmed in transit), we’ll ship the replacement size.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are for size only (same item, same colour)
  • Promotional bundles (e.g. 2 for $100) are exchange-only and not eligible for partial refunds

If a replacement size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

No return postage fee applies in these cases.

Warranty Information

All products purchased from Layna Active come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.

Warranty Terms

  • Applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
  • Does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications/repairs, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
