Refund policy

At Layna.com.au, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.

 



1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✔ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale items, Gift Cards, and Personalized/Custom Items are not eligible for returns.
✔ The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered.

 



2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@layna.com.au with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 



3. Refunds

✔ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 



4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning your original order for a refund.
  2. Placing a new order for the desired item.

 



5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Information

All products purchased from Layna.com.au come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.

Warranty Terms

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
