How long does it take?
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
How do refunds work?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a flat $8.90 return-shipping fee. Refunds typically clear within 3–5 business days.
